Refund policy

Returns:

Please inspect your delivery upon receipt & ensure that you are happy with your order.

Please note that we do not offer returns / exchanges, unless your order is damaged.

In the unfortunate event that your order is damaged, please email us within 3 days of receiving your order with photos illustrating the issue, so that we can evaluate & arrange for our courier to collect from you.
 
Refunds:

We will notify you once we’ve received & inspected your return, to let you know whether the refund was approved or not.

If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method. Please bear in mind that it can take some time for banks &/ credit card companies to process returns.
