Shipping policy

 

Local Deliveries:

Shipping is free for all local orders throughout South Africa.

We do not deliver to P.O Box addresses, only to physical addresses.

Please supply a full physical address & all necessary contact details when placing your order.

 

International Shipping:

To enquire about international shipping, please contact us directly.

 

Order Printing & Processing Lead Times:

Please allow 5 - 8 working days for your order to be processed from receipt of payment.

Courier delivery times are an additional 2-4 working days from the date of collection. A tracking number will be sent to you once the order has been dispatched & you will receive regular updates from our courier company.

 

Returns:

Please inspect your delivery upon receipt & ensure that you are happy with your order.

Please note that we do not offer returns / exchanges, unless your order is damaged.

In the unfortunate event that your order is damaged, please email us within 3 days of receiving your order with photos illustrating the issue, so that we can evaluate & arrange for our courier to collect from you.
 

Refunds:

We will notify you once we’ve received & inspected your return, to let you know whether the refund was approved or not.

If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method. Please bear in mind that it can take some time for banks &/ credit card companies to process returns.
